Ingrédients for 4
600 g pumpkin
1 onion
A wrist hazelnut powdered
10 gr butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon of Parmesan
Sauté onions and pumpkin in butter
Add the hazelnut powdered sugar and paprika
Add the water height
Add salt pepper
Cook 30 min
Blend the soup filter
Add cream and Parmesan.
