serves for 4

 

1kg of pork's

250 grams of lard

2 onions

2  spoon of flour

1 spoon of brown sugar

2 spoon of honey

100 ml of single cream

100 ml of  veal Broth

 

Cut finely the onion

Cook the onion with lards without fat, reserved.

Retail pork's make it gild , add onions, lard, sugar and the honey

make caramelize a little.

 

Add the flour .

Add the veal broth

Complete with some cold water

Put in the oven 1:30 am 180/200 °

 

Do not hesitate to test the meat and to prolong the cooking if is still hard!!!

I often buy my meat in promotion for lack of means I know that I have to prolong my cooking of at least one hour so that the meat is good to aim later!

 

At the end of cooking add the cream and let reduce a little the sauce
