As my remaining phyllo last night and I wanted a sweet treat I decided to adapt my recipe for crispy goat sweet version! this is what happens:



Ingredients for 6 Crispy

1 / 2 package phyllo
10 gr melted butter
2 bananas
6 tsp Nutella
1 egg
1 case of milk or cream depending on what you have open in the fridge
5 cl rum
15/20 gr sugar
a knob of butter
A few drops of lemon


Cut each sheet of phyllo into four brush with melted butter.
4 pastry squares superimposed on each other.
Line bottom of pan you use with the square of phyllo that you have superimposed
(Allow about one sheet of phyllo, then 4 squares by individual mold)
Repeat this process with each mold.

Bananas Flambé

Line bottom of pan with powdered sugar add a knob of butter
(About 5 grams cut into small square)
Add a few drops of lemon
(It prevents the caramel from crystallizing)

When the caramel begins to color, add sliced bananas.
The brown slightly, about 1 minute.

In a saucepan, heat the rum, flambé and pour over bananas
(You can also pour the rum over bananas flambé and at that time!)

Add a spoonful of Nutella in each Ballottine.
Leave the pieces of banana in each small box.

Beat the egg with the cream or milk and caramel bananas.
Start this preparation in small boxes.

Bake at 140 ° C 30 min

Caution must phyllo but not too brown and the inside should be cooked.
